to direct your attention to page 27, paragraph two of the
league rule book. It states and I quote: "Any school that does not meet
the minimum enrollment of 500 students can be admitted with a majority vote
of the coaches in the school's division," Unquote. Now, sir, I am a firm believer
in doing things by the book, which in this case, Chairman Kidd, I do believe
that you participated in its authorship
