She's going big. Big brother Hugo is up first. The perks of trying to remove
it now is that we're removing it in a minimally invasive fashion, um, so the dog won't have any incision
that needs to be healed and it also prevents the need
for surgery in the future. This is the endoscope. Um, so, basically, it's a camera
that we're going to pop into his stomach to see
if we can see the corn on the cob. And, then, what we'll do is we'll
pop some little grasping forceps through this to help us grab
the corn on the cob, hopefully - if we can see it. Can you open now? Try going slowly. There you go. There you go. So, this here is pylorus,
which is just the entrance into the small intestine,
and there's just lots of food in front of it

She's going big.
00:00:02.056 --> 00:00:04.028
Big brother Hugo is up first.
00:00:05.056 --> 00:00:08.016
The perks of trying to remove
it now is that we're removing it
00:00:08.016 --> 00:00:10.052
in a minimally invasive fashion, um,
00:00:10.052 --> 00:00:14.016
so the dog won't have any incision
that needs to be healed
00:00:14.016 --> 00:00:16.092
and it also prevents the need
for surgery in the future.
00:00:18.064 --> 00:00:19.088
This is the endoscope.
00:00:19.088 --> 00:00:22.064
Um, so, basically, it's a camera
that we're going to pop
00:00:22.064 --> 00:00:26.052
into his stomach to see
if we can see the corn on the cob.
00:00:26.052 --> 00:00:29.072
And, then, what we'll do is we'll
pop some little grasping forceps
00:00:29.072 --> 00:00:32.044
through this to help us grab
the corn on the cob, hopefully -
00:00:32.044 --> 00:00:34.028
if we can see it.
00:00:34.028 --> 00:00:36.028
Can you open now? Try going slowly.
00:00:37.024 --> 00:00:38.056
There you go. There you go.
00:00:39.052 --> 00:00:43.001
So, this here is pylorus,
which is just the entrance
00:00:43.001 --> 00:00:45.096
into the small intestine,
and there's just lots of food
00:00:45.096 --> 00:00:47.998
in front of it.
