started thinking about the Intergenerational
orchestra programs, we wanted to make sure
that we were reaching into the African-American
communities in Los Angeles County, we wanted to make sure
we were reaching into the elder communities
throughout Los Angeles, and we wanted
to make sure, of course, we hit not only
Latinx, Filipino, but our Korean brothers
and sisters, too, that this was not
just going to be any other orchestra or
every other orchestra
