I'm gonna use it to track this girl". So Jeff Sealy told investigators,
"I set this up for him, I gave him the phone and
that's all I know about it." [narrator] When investigators
look into Jeff Sealy's alibi, they learn he was at home during the
window of time Menachem was killed
