GPS device where people would take cell phones
with location trackers on it and sticking them
in people's cars or underneath people's cars and they were able to follow
victims or know where they are and be able to abduct them
or shoot them. [narrator] Armed with this new
information investigators work the theory that Menachem Stark's SUV was
being tracked by his killers. [man 4] Crime scene detectives
are brought in to again forensically go over
Mr Stark's car. The only way to find out if there was a
tracking device under the car was to look
