was able to digitally enhanc the photograph that
Al Fox's wife took off the license plate of the tru that
had been following the in Colleyville. With that digital enhancemen they
were able to see the entire license plate. And determine that the plat on the
truck was registered to a Bernard Gorman. Further investigation
determined that Bernard Gorman was the nephew
of Patrick Gorman, who was the beneficiary of the
million dollar policy in question
