with Mr Stark, they get a surprising response. [Emily Dean] Erskine Felix said, "Oh, you
know, yeah, he sometimes owes me money but he always pay me"
and kind of brushed it off. [narrator] Then detectives confront
Erskine about his phone number being in the cell phone found
strapped to the bottom of Mr Stark's car. [Emily Dean] He tells investigators
that Mr Stark was scared of somebody, and he actually asked Erskine if
Erskine could keep an eye on him. So he says,
"I came up with this idea where I was going to track
him using this tracking device"
