used to track Menachem's vehicle. [It. John] The subscriber info on
this phone belonged to a Jeff Sealy. [Emily Dean] Jeff Sealy is the owner
of a construction company in Brooklyn. When investigators dig into the
phone records what they also learn is that Jeff Sealy registered this
phone on the Sprint family locator plan so that he could track it on his own
account and then Jeff Sealy or someone strapped this phone to the
bottom of Menachem Stark's vehicle enabling them to track anyone
who's driving Mr Stark's car
