I was so young when it all began
for me, that I don't think I can realistically say what my life
would have been like any other way. Aids is actually
my entire adult life. I think, at the end of the epidemic,
if there is ever an end, you will certainly be able
to look back to the '80s, to this point, and say that Aids
had an impact on society, giving them the inclination
to stand up and say, "I actually have a right here." I can't imagine what my life
would have been like without it
for me, that I don't think I can realistically say what my life
