The American Humane Societywas involved. Which ones were those?Not the ones in England. They were on setdocumenting everything, when we did the reshoots herewith the Rottweiler, and having a representative therewhen the dog's face was shaved, for finger and grip marks. The Society was responsiblefor insisting on the sedative for the dog, cos Fox just sent over a hammer. It is good to say no animalswere hurt in the movie, and then we'd go outand just beat animals all night long. But it wasn't for the movie,it was just for fun. I loved Harold Ramis' comment that no animals were hurt during this movie,but many hundreds were eaten
