as if he's a drag queen. You know, he has these very
rosy cheeks, these lips, which, of course,
is incredibly irreverent. There were a total of 2,700 images
for sale of Chairman Mao by Andy Warhol sold through
a company called Multiples whose reason for existence was to
sell art in multiplication. And then he made paintings,
lots and lots of paintings. It looks as though they sold
for about $30,000 each. So they were a very, very good component in
Warhol's business art
