Penny, every theater is a haunted house. Ghosts with greasepaint, ghosts that sing and dance, and laugh and cry. Gosh, think of all the shows that have been in this theatre. Flops, successes, bad shows, great shows. You can't tell me that that ever dies. It's all around us right now, all the laughter and applause, cheers.
