Initially when it goes in, it has that high, beery, slightly sour flavour, which if you're used to a diet like I am really, of dairy and sugar and salt and lots of processed stuff, you initially reject, you go, "Ugh!" Two or three mouthfuls in you start to get accustomed to it and it tastes great
