believe it was unanimously, an amendment to the Intelligence Funding Bill that would require all these corporations, Lockheed Skunk Works, Raytheon, Northrop, EG&G, SAIC, to turn over the materiel, meaning the crashed extraterrestrial vehicles, the reverse engineered craft, the bodies, the exotic quote unquote technologies, within six months of the passage of the bill, or they would be criminally prosecuted
