(Dramatic music) - First of all, I think
that cultural change is always difficult but we
continue to move forward, not withstanding
forces that would like to move us backwards, women have understood the
truth about sexual harassment and abuse for generations, but the freedom to speak
out and be believed and be heard is so important and I believe there's a shift and I think that
from below the line to above the line,
there's a recognition that we wanna provide
access and opportunity not to be generous but
because if you open the door, the stories are
robust and diverse and different and that
we all have a right to do what we love
