has decimated a major hospital today in Istanbul. 10 Americans,
including one US surgeon and his daughter,
are counted among the dead. There are more than
100 confirmed casualties and 79 injured with
the toll expected to rise. The facility was crowded
at the time of the blast, having admitted
many patients injured in a car bombing incident
nearby just three days ago. This is
