I'm an investigative journalist based in Dublin and most of my work has been around investigating corruption within the institutions of the State in Ireland. In the past I would have written quite a lot on the fate of refugees, and I'm talking about genuine refugees and....to the point that I actually won a national campaigning award for my work on the rights of asylum seekers
