The economic sex war that has threatened the city in recent weeks, erupted last night as gangs of men, mostly black, roamed the streets, breaking windows, looting stores, and attacking passersby, protesting what they call racism in workfare. The rioters claim that blacks are given meaningless jobs that don't pay enough to support their families. Government officials say the rioters will be severely punished; however, they do admit there are some problems with the workfare system and pledge that, in the future, priority placement will be given to male heads of families
