the need to bring additional resources
in to avoid that situation, and that's what they did,
and Suffolk, I know, had probably 100 to 200 people initially engaged
in this inquiry, but that number quickly grew, and Suffolk suddenly
found themself, of course, at the center of a huge incident with significant media interest,
globally
they were overwhelmed, and I think they recognized
