for tomorrow's challenge. And I think that's going to be
a big test. I still know,
even if my mackerel dish is practically perfect, that I will be in the elimination,
purely because of the sharing dish. I frankly...
I don't know how to cook a mackerel. No idea. This could possibly be
the worst thing they could give me. Especially if it's got a head on,
guts in. I know it's got to be cooked
very lightly on both sides. I just hope I don't burn it. The bar is high. And I want to step up to it
for tomorrow's challenge. And I think that's going to be
