on the outside. These arancini are REALLY delicious. The prawns and the scallops in your
saffron stew are cooked perfectly. Thank you. And the flavours are so intense and
so rich. That is absolutely delicious. Thank you. Philip, the chicken
needed just a shade more cooking. OK. I'm just going to take a little
from the top. Yes. The blue cheese comes through and it
has helped to flavour the chicken. I think the bread is genius. Using
Parmesan and pine nuts and basil in a soda bread works really well,
and then the chicken, it's kind of not what we come to
expect from you now. It's a bit lacklustre. I take that point. At this stage
in the competition, we're looking for this, not this. Yeah. Thank you. Thank you.
