Cy, which way round did you put it? I put it with the open end down
on the baking paper. OK, OK. Cos I figured the baking paper
was there to trap the contents - but I'm not 100% that was correct. So...it's going to be interesting! They're both in different ways. Cyrus's is in upside down,
Tobi's is in normal way up. You want it to be sitting
in that mould so the heat is going
all the way around. Yeah. Sealing in,
so when you turn it over, it all stays inside.
So doing it that way round, any juices coming out
of that apple... Yeah. ..and it's not going to allow
that bottom bit to seal to the fingers around the outside. So the big danger is,
either you lift that top off and it falls, or... ..you lift the top off
and the bottom's all soggy. Tobi and Cyrus,
you have 15 minutes left
