Do you know, my heart sank
when I heard you were doing heart - but it does take hours and hours
and hours. It is surprisingly tender. It's sliced beautifully,
it tastes great, it's got the right amount
of tenderness. I thought, because you had
nailed all this, that maybe you were going to
convince me that a roastie
could have been left behind, but I do think it would have been
better with a roastie. I love the way you have done
your sprouts. That is exactly how I do them. Just a tiny bit of cooking required
when you've shredded them. They are just a lot fresher and a
lot cleaner tasting, aren't they, than maybe, like, the bitterness
of a whole sprout?
