coriander root. That's really interesting.
Can I just eat it? I don't know, I've never tried. Oh, it's almost smoky. This is lovely. So you grind that
down. Yep, so the aromatics, the dried
spices, the peanut, tamarind, fried, and then everything else. Well, it smells fantastic. Yay!
