what I'm doing" kind of land. Tobi's making his own pasta, and he's shelled out the sort of
paler, rounder aubergine, which is the absolute
right aubergine to do that with. Is it? Because it's got a tougher
skin, it will hold its shape. But that's not enough for me. You're using the aubergine,
but as a bowl... This recipe is something
I've just come up with, like now, still inventing at the moment. Let's see what happens.
