I don't actually know how it tastes because I've never cooked
with plums before. It smells good. I need a bit of soy just to balance the sweet and soury-like flavours. You always get me nervous when you
just walk over. With the battle of the eggy breads
in full swing... ..it could be the extras that gives
one of them the upper hand. Stand back! How's it going time-wise
for you? Um, OK, I think.
We're about halfway. Yeah. I don't really know
what I'm doing now, I'm just kind of making it up.
You're winging it as well. Yeah, are you winging it? To a point, yes. What are you doing now? I've just finished the sauce. I'm just about to bake the crumble. Oh, nice, very nice. Yeah, so I've just put a couple of
ginger nut biscuits in, cos I love the flavour of ginger and I think it would look lovely
with the plums. Make sure there's plenty of crumble. Plenty of crumble! Loads of crumble!
