I hate to ruin your life, but
where's the fish? It's in the fridge, I don't want to
cook it until the last minute. I didn't want to burst your bubble
but, you know, ultimate fish dish! Tobi, my worry with him is the
chicken skin, I'm not sure it's going to be as
crispy as he's imagining it, but I'm hoping to be proven wrong. Need to pop this in the oven,
just to finish. I want it slightly under, so it's
nice and succulent. I really don't want it over. Is this bit nerve-racking? Yeah. I really want the skin to be
crispy, but I also don't want to burn it. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa! That's crisped up a
little bit more than I wanted
