I like the layering, I like the
size. Sadly, the puff pastry is
overcooked, which I'm afraid gives this a little
bit of a bitterness to it. Shall we have a drink? It's quite dry. I think you've put two reasonably sort of sharp
components together. I think you need to sort
of try and offset that, maybe with a little bit of
