the strawberries out. I'm doing the sauce at the moment. So, "35g of sugar and lemon juice
in a bowl and leave to macerate." What do you mean by macerate?
Some words I haven't heard before. So, that'll be interesting. "Puree the strawberries in the
blender and push through a sieve." OK. So, are you glad you are
where you are? Glad and sad, I think, yeah. If any of you had been to do this
challenge... I would have been mortified. I haven't made one of these since
I was in school, I don't think. I've never made one of these.
So it would be a bit difficult. Yeah. Isn't it funny that you
haven't all made it? Because it's one
of the simplest things. Oh, no! I'm going to have to have Mary Berry taste something sweet
that I've cooked. And I can't do it!
