I'm quite nervous about this
challenge because I don't recall ever making a Scotch egg. But I've got a recipe, I have liked
the recipe challenges so far, so I'm just going to try and channel
my previous enjoyment... ..of those. I was expecting them to do
something. They like to keep us on our toes. I don't feel confident at all. My confidence has gone
completely now. Mary, if you're saying it's
tricky... But this is final. Yes. It should be tricky. All the
ingredients are wonderfully humble, but you're taking them to the next level and making it, you know,
beautiful. That's what home cooking's about,
isn't it? Taking a few sort of basic
ingredients and turning them into something vastly more interesting
