Is there a massive difference
between the two varieties they have? Yeah, there will be. The lighter plums will be sharper and it will be more
of a fresh, cleaner flesh, whereas the dark plums will be
slightly sweeter but have a slightly
mushier, almost woolly flesh. So they have different
