It certainly is a nut Swiss roll. The nuts are coming through,
it's a lovely flavour, so I think really well done. The walnuts are an integral part,
they are not just an addition. I think you've managed to salvage it
because the texture is fabulous. Thank you. I've made walnut tart
with a coffee creme anglaise. Lovely flavour of the walnuts
definitely comes through here. Just seeing how this is baked. Oh, turning over, yes. A little bit longer
when you're baking blind. Josie. I've made pasta chicken with walnuts and also banana wrapped
in filo pastry with almonds
