It looks very exciting. And you could normally have a pie
funnel, but this marrow bone is amazing. As it's cooking, the natural beef
that comes out from the marrow bone falls into the pie and then you've
still got the gaps naturally where the pastry meets the bone.
That lets the steam out. I love the way you've tried
something absolutely new. A suet crossed with butter. This is beautifully tender,
the meat. Really good and very special. How many oysters are in the pie? I think there are six in there. Have you had about four?
No, I had seven. That was the worrying thing. That is an outstanding pie. Thank you. Oh, my God... Well done
