I'm dying to get in them. Let's have a look at the burger
here. You've got it well cooked through and I like the crispy brown
on the outside. That's difficult to get
and get the middle cooked. Using wholegrain mustard in
your rarebit was a very good idea because you get those little pops
of mustardy flavour which complement the beef
really well. What I like is you've brought
along your Welsh heritage. We've got your leeks,
we've got your Welsh cheese. We like to see that. I think you've done really well
