I'm really gutted about that one. There's a science as to how they're
going to plate this up as well. In my mind, the asparagus is protecting the bread
from the egg. Yeah. So the egg sits on top of that, so it doesn't go through and make
the bread soggy and then the spoon of hollandaise
on top is like a little jacket to keep it all warm. Eggs on top of the asparagus. Oh, I didn't know! I won't be able to move it because
it's going to fall apart. I'm sorry. Right, here goes. I can't watch. No, don't watch me. Don't watch. OK, OK. Avert your eyes
