here because I don't really make sharing platters. If I was going
to do it, I would do, like, salads and breads and cold meats. But what me and Alan like to do
is go out for ribs. Ah! And chicken wings. So I'm doing, like,
a Deep South-flavoured platter. Hold on a second, how do you
and Alan - you've got four kids - have time to go out for ribs? Well, we tend to go out for
my birthday and his birthday. Yeah. Have you practised it?
I've done it once, when I came up with the recipe. I know, I know. Only once? That's OK. I've tasted it a lot. Yeah. So, hopefully, that will see
