My plan is to make a butter chicken. It's a recipe I cook at home, but
I make it with cashew nuts usually. So this is my first attempt
at making it with peanuts. Hopefully it goes. Despite his initial misgivings, Trevor is also taking
the spice route. I love Indian cooking. I'm concentrating on this bit now,
because it's all in the onions. This bit's going to be quite strong
because I'm blending it right out with my nuts, cos the nuts needs
to be the real base of the sauce so you get all those like lovely
flavours out of them. I am more confident
than I was yesterday, but this is famous last words,
isn't it? Famous last words
