Not as crabby as I'd like, but I should have really used
the pressure cooker. It's not something I use very often. I think I'm going to be finished
in time. I'm just getting
my tortellini finished. They'll only take a couple
of minutes to cook. The flatbreads are just being
rolled out and then just dry-fried in that pan. They do need to be thin - I'm worried that one's a little bit
thick, actually. That is a bit thick. Just got to work quickly,
but it should be all right
