a house with them. OK, so, I've got the pork done, then
it is just the rice, beaten egg... Keep smiling, Phil, keep smiling. Trevor's making funny faces. Now he's got a serious face on. The rice has got to be
every grain separate. We're not looking for a sticky rice.
Or an omelette. Yeah! Every grain has got to be separate. And the egg has got to be
evenly through it. There's nothing nicer. The rice is a bit over for how
I'd like it, if I was eating rice, but it's frying, so it needs to be
a little bit...more. Cooks, you have three minutes left. As soon as you've finished,
