It's just a ginger cake. Smells very gingery, smells like
gingerbread. Bit of a back-up. Lovely. Because the steamed pudding didn't
work. Tobi, please bring your plates of
food up. What have you made? A roasted
vegetable and ginger soup with some pan-fried duck breast and crispy
noodles, and for our sweet, we have a ginger pie with
crystallised ginger, stem ginger, ginger syrup and fresh ginger. Oh, and ground ginger. Wow, so all four? Five, including the biscuits. Fabulous! You even put some extra in
there. You've got a lovely colour to your
soup. Thank you
