Over here, Tobi has got chicken
skins. Which I am intrigued. I'm literally
like, just looking, what's going on? Southeast Londoner Tobi has taken
inspiration from the local takeaway. This dish I have called KF Sea,
spelled S-E-A. Sea for seafood. So here I have some chicken skin and
a nice fillet of turbot, and the idea is to wrap the chicken
skin around the fillet and then in the eggs, in the flour
and deep-fry it. So it should be, all in all, reminiscent of some chicken
and chips, but at the same time,
fish and chips
