Pastry is nice and crispy,
it is cooked through. It needs a little more sauce. There's not enough gravy. That is sort of Mexican,
it's sort of quite hot. Yeah. This is artichoke. Yeah. To my mind, it needs cooking. Padron peppers, a lovely dish. But has nothing to do with this. You've got this Middle Eastern vibe,
you've got Spain, you've got very British, you've got Mexico
and you've got something, but I don't really know
where it's from. Elements of tasty things,
but as a dish, it's a bit of a let-down. OK
