Philip, will you miss this kitchen? I cannot believe it's almost at
an end. Going back to normality is going to
be such a wrench. I'm going to be walking down the
street, thinking I've got three minutes to
get across the road. It's going to be an adjustment, but
I think I'll do it - with help. What will your students think? Will they watch? I hope my students
will watch. It's so important for students just
to be pushed outside their comfort zone. I'm really pushing myself
beyond my comfort zone, so I hope that just sends a good
