Pippa and Trevor are both making
a crab bisque - but they're doing it
in different ways, so Trevor isn't using a pressure
cooker, whereas Pippa is. Pippa will be at an advantage,
because if you boil it in a pan, it really needs about three hours - but half an hour
in a pressure cooker just helps you to get that
intense flavour in a short time. But Trevor, an hour, it's not going
