to showcase her passion for Asian food. I have some beef short rib. I'm using the slow cooker to create a sort of low and slow texture
to the meat. This is my pressure cooker
from home. I've practised it lots
with this one. It's actually starting to smell like
sort of spicy soy sauce now, which is really nice. So, Pippa, that's interesting you're using
a pressure cooker. Do you use them at home? Your granny used them,
