I think it's so varied. I've never seen so many... I mean, you're the ingredient man, I've never seen so many
ingredients that I hardly recognise. And I hope you know them all. There might be a few that even
stumped me, Mary. One person that stands out is Tobi. He seems to be in complete control. If he was any more relaxed,
I think he'd be horizontal. Unflappable compliance manager Tobi
is celebrating his heritage in his take on the ultimate burger. I have made a spice blend. I thought how I could make it
my own, and tsire is something that I love. Tsire is a West African spice. I'm from Nigeria, so I thought
why not mix the two together?
