That is a superb curry. You've interpreted this beautifully. The meat is full of flavour. Such a good sauce. The jasmine rice goes so well
with it. The curry's got as much flavour as
I expected, layer upon layer. It's brilliant. I think having
prawns and that dip to dip in and out of, to refreshen
your palate, almost, it's a brilliant idea. Thank you. With the freshness of
your salad, it just works beautifully together
and I think it's an incredibly well constructed meal.
