I'll forgive you. That is a beautiful burger and that's what it was all about
to start with. Thank you. The flavour of
the burger is phenomenal. However, seeing the feta
in the middle, by the time the feta gets softened your lamb is automatically
well done. But put the feta on top and you get
the same beautiful seasoning and creaminess of the feta without taking away that pinkness
of the lamb. Great point, thank you
