well for that and you should be very proud.
I really can't fault that. Wow. I think it's lovely. It's smooth, it's rich,
it's elegant. It's everything you want from
an ultimate chocolate dish. Your sorbet, it is totally sweet, and that's one of the reasons
why it hasn't set, cos a high proportion of sugar in
a sorbet means that you're never going to get it beautifully smooth. Your charlotte is absolutely perfect
in terms of texture, flavour, balance, richness, enjoyment... Everything you want,
it does and more. Thank you very much. Thank you
