The ballotine, you know, it's not an
easy thing to make, and you've made it really well. The sauce has a beautiful flavour
that complements it. I'm just not 100% sure the butter
bean puree works. It's got a kind of a floury texture. OK. It looked simple. It's anything
but simple. And the flavours throughout your
sauce are incredible. Thank you. You've absolutely cracked
it, young lady. It is beautiful. If that arrived in front of me, I
couldn't wait to get going. Without all you lot sharing it, I

an hour to make dinner," at home, would you produce that? No! That
